Step 1.
Spot target. Make sure they are approximately 2 inches away from you. Preferably someone with long blonde/orange/whateverucallfanyhaircolor.

Step 2.
Pretend to be taking something off the target’s hair. In this case, a piece of confetti. Do it smoothly.

Step 3.
Once the object is off their hair, pretend to be petting them. People like being petted. Do it gently though.

Step 4.
Slowly, but also gently slide your hand down the target’s hair. Subtly initiate hand to neck contact. It’s imperative that you do this step carefully, any minor mistakes and the target might run-off.

Step 5.
Again, stray the victim from your original ‘intentions’. Try doing so by fixing their bangs, make sure to initiate eye-contact. This is very important as you show them how you truly care for their well-being - not.

Step 6.
Now this is where it gets tricky. Slowly, but quickly slide your hand down to the target’s back. Make it seem like you are giving them a pat on the back. Do this correctly and you are 1 step closer to your goal.

Step 7.
Last step
Now go for the kill!

Congratulations. You have now successfully groped someone’s butt in public.
